October 11, 2013 UEI Lecture on Academic Integrity

October 11th, 2013. In the afternoon, UEI Academic Director Eric Danielson gave Senior One students a lecture on academic integrity. At the beginning, Mr. Eric Danielson explained the significance of academic integrity and related principles to students. He said that, for UEI students, academic integrity means not to cheat in exams, and not to plagiarize other’s homework. Then, he added that it could be reflected in many aspects in their daily learning, which meant that all UEI students must establish a sense of academic integrity and all the faculties should supervise the implementation of this code. After the lecture, all students had signed on the Code, promising that they would comply with it.
